Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Logistics Demand Management Teams develop, integrate and provide short-term accounts or brand specific forecasts for internal operations which include replenishment data, customer data, sales promotion information, marketing plans and new distribution/product deletions. They are responsible for facilitating, managing and executing strategic directions related to plant performance, customer demand agreements, supply chain improvements, revenue forecasting and overall improvement in delivery metrics globally. They assist in the improvement of demand system forecasting accuracy for customers. The Demand Management Teams maintain and manage product history, forecasts and promotional demand. They analyze internal demand stream information, and categorizes according to demand patterns. They also may input sales/marketing intelligence for use in forecast systems, working with sales organization(s), national sales accounts, marketing, and related forecasting and planning groups.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

1. Erstellen von Produktionsaufträgen aufgrund von Bestellungen und Rahmenaufträgen


2. Produktionsplanung in SAP


3. Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit von benötigten Produktionshilfsmitteln


4. Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Produktion, Einkauf, Customer Care und Verkauf


5. Pflege von Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten


6. Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Wertstromanalysen


7. Sicherstellen der korrekten Arbeitsabläufe in der AVOR


8. Bereitstellen der Produktionsaufträge inkl. allen benötigten Zusatzunterlagen für die Produktion


9. Erstellen des Wochenplanes für die einzelnen Fertigungseinheiten unter Berücksichtigung der zur Verfügung stehenden Ressourcen (Personal, Material, Arbeitsplätze etc.)


10. Abklären der Lieferterminsituation für die einzelnen Produkte mit anschliessender Bestätigung an den Verkauf


11. Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung von neuen Produkten


12. Erstellen von Lieferplänen und Priorisierungen bei Engpassplanungen

Qualifikation:

1. Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium


2. Technisches Hintergrundverständnis


3. Kenntnisse im Führen von Stücklisten


4. Sehr gute MS Office, speziell Excel- Kenntnisse


5. Gute Organisationsfähigkeiten     


6. Flexibel, initiativ und belastbar  


7. Präzise und selbständige Arbeitsweise
