IN ORDER TO REINFORCE OUR “CUSTOMER CARE” TEAM, WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING A (M/F)

CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE

YOUR MISSION: Will be to receive and analyze customer requests, in line with guidelines established by our retail specialists. To write estimates for our retailers and final customers and relay all necessary information required to improve our services. In addition you will be in charge of ordering watch components and initiating workflow. You will also time-manage our watch repair services and provide watch repair customers with all relevant information.


Your profile


You have commercial or technical education and currently hold a position in line with these qualifications. You have a mother-tongue command of French or German, and an excellent level of spoken and written English. Knowledge of SAP would also be an advantage. You must possess a pleasant and open personality, be a team player, a diplomat and well organized. Exceeding our clients' expectations must be your main objective.
