Your role:
Are you a client-centric and motivated person? We are looking for someone who can help us support the front office while servicing clients.
You’ll:
– support the Client Advisors in their daily client business
– have client contact by telephone
– be responsible for all administrative matters in relation to account opening and maintenance
– assist in all administrative tasks and organizational arrangements in relation to general queries and to the execution of client investments and payments
– follow and adhere to the UBS code of ethics and the Cross Border regulations everyday

You'll be working in the Asia Pacific Team in Zurich, covering Asian domiciled clients who bank and book their assets with UBS Switzerland. We work closely with various departments within Wealth Management to ensure the best service for our clients. Providing an excellent and outstanding client experience is our main goal.
Your expertise:
You have:
– a banking education (apprenticeship and/or banking traineeship) or alternatively a bachelor's degree in a related discipline
– proven work experience in a similar role within banking and/or the financial services industry
– proficient technical skills in desktop and banking applications
– effective time management skills
You are:
– a flexible, reliable and communicative team player
– fluent in English; Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is an advantage
– able to work accurately and efficiently to handle tight deadlines and moving priorities
