Summary


We are currently looking for an experienced Global HR Business Partner to provide support to our Global functions such as Finance, R&D and Quality Assurance, supporting  respective Exco members and business leaders in all people-related topics including the development and delivery of global HR policies and programs such as training and development, talent management and supporting cultural & engagement initiatives.


The successful candidate will partner closely with the senior business leaders to achieve shared organizational objectives, in particular implementing people solutions that support strategic business goals.

Accountabilities



  • Provides the right partnership that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in line with specialist HR functions.

  • Develops, manages, coordinates, and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.

  • Actively participate in the Business meetings in order to effectively provide needed HR support.

  • Partners with CoE’s to provide a consultancy service across the full spectrum of HR related topics and initiatives including Staffing, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and Culture and Engagement. 

  • Supports personal and organizational change.

  • Drives HR Cycle related processes.

  • Participates in implementing training and development programs including talent and succession planning processes.

  • Act as sparring partner to the assigned client groups on people related topics to support business objectives



Qualifications



  • Minimum 5-8 years experience in a Business Partnering role in an international environment and matrix organisation

  • Candidates should ideally have worked in manufacturing / food industry or bring experience across a range of different industries

  • Previous experience with Talent Management, Change Management and Project Management

  • Expertise in People Management and People Development 

  • Solid understanding of Operation and Commercial related topics

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, HR Managment or similar

  • Strong customer focus

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite

  • Fluency in English
