You will establish and develop Wingtra’s support & maintenance center in the US. You build up a functional support team and assist our US distribution partners from a technical and sales perspective.
Responsibilities
Hire and lead a team of Wingtra support and sales engineers in the US for an outstanding sales and support experience for our customers and partners
Build up a US service center and handle associated logistics
Travel to partners for trainings, pilot projects, and product demonstrations
Requirements
5+ years management experience in a company marketing technical B2B products
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills
Familiar with surveying industry
Willingness to travel within the US and South America
Honest, humble, and self-motivated
Plus
Professional experience with surveying drones
Professional experience abroad
Ability to communicate in Spanish
Experience in setting up & running your own business
