International Exhibition Coordinator (m/f)

Description

You will organize the whole logistic process from transports to and from Show Sites and all On-site-Services for the exhibitors, agents and organizers (Customs / Handling / Empties). During the process you will be responsible to deal directly with your customers, agents and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with Customer enquiries


• Preparing spot quotations and obtaining rates


• Receive and review orders and price the job (cost and revenue amounts)


• Check credit limit and proceed as per SOP


• Liaison with consignee and overseas network


• Deep-selling (explore other business opportunities), review performance, etc.


• Close cooperation with other internal departments
