We are seeking, for one of our clients, a personality for the position of


Senior Employee Relation Manager


 


Your main tasks


In this strategic position, your main responsibility will be to provide strategic advice and guidance on all aspects of the social dialogue into the company in relation with business change.


You will personally conduct discussions and negotiations with the labours unions to achieve win-win solutions. In this key role, you will ensure that the Employee Relation climate remains stable and the risks are minimized. You will contribute to maintain a good communication and a positive relationship with unions, business stakeholders and employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensure that requirements of Collective Bargaining Agreement are being met. You will conduct the negotiations and discussions processes in English, German and French.


You will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and work closely with the Human Resources Management team and the Executive Board Members.


 


Your profile



  • more than 10 years of professional experience, a professional experience in Switzerland is required

  • strong competencies in negotiation in a multicultural environment; large experience and excellent knowledge of the Swiss labour regulation framework, Swiss stakeholders and politics

  • education in Business Administration, Economics or similar with a focus on negotiation

  • strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with Trade Unions and high-level management

  • high capacity to debate, argue, persuade, influence and negotiate; ability to lead and moderate discussions and negotiations processes

  • excellent knowledge in English, French and German are mandatory


 


Working place: Geneva or Zürich


Starting date: by agreement


Level of employment: 80-100%
