Position Overview
Supporting on:
•Brand Teams enhance our Brand Values
•They develop category and brand strategies, commercial grids, 4P strategies, IMC content, and are consulted for the local brands development, the GTM strategy
•They are evaluated on Category and Brands Results (shares and financials), as well as Commercial Grids on-time delivery
•They closely partner with Global Functions, Insights & Analytics, Media & Digital Teams ...
Education & Experience
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
2-3 years of marketing experience; background in a multinational company including a specific experience on innovation would be preferable. Experience in FMCG companies would be also preferable.
Experience supporting the development and implementation of successful marketing strategies, new products and innovation, business plans, and management of marketing teams, developing Brand Growth Plans and Integrated Marketing Comunications
Other Skills
English fluency is mandated
Analytics Skills - Nielsen, Kantar, Market Mix Modelling, Financials P&Ls
Drive for results and leaderships skills
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
