Training Manager- Austria & Switzerland (80%) (m/f)

This is what you can look forward to:

The Training Manager will be located in Zurich OR Vienna and support both commercial organizations in Zurich AND Vienna:

• Work locally with Business Unit Leads, County Head and other senior clients as a business partner to gain a deep understanding of local business training priorities and needs


• Establish and drive Annual L&D plans for commercial organization in line with country management forum 2020 priority and needs


• Work with the Global Training Centre of Excellence and the Regional Team in Europe to ensure global and European offerings meets the complex local requirements


• Manage the local approval process of EU approved brand materials in close collaboration with local medical and marketing teams


• Leading the execution process of the training plan by managing brand and skills training courses utilizing skilled subject matter experts


• Deliver and coordinate the logistics of Training Courses/Programs for Face to face (F2F) & Virtual Classroom Training (VCT)


• Develop specific launch training plans by implementing both regional approaches and also local solutions


• Drive the change management of StratCO training tools and processes, execute training implementation plans


• Evaluate, analyze and advise the business on the impact of programmes delivered and agree sustainability plans

What you offer & proven track record:

• Bachelor's degree


• Recognized qualification or equivalent commercial training experience (min 2yrs)


• Skilled in delivering transformative change management, L&D programmes and familiar with latest inside-out principles


• Skilled in digital transformation and patient & customer centric focus


• Familiar with VUCA environment and need for respective upskilling – marketing, sales and beyond


• Winning personality – with state of the art didactic methods


• Strong presentation & facilitation skills, training delivery- both ‘face to face’ and ‘virtual’


• Change agile, passionate for innovation


• High interpersonal skills with excellent stakeholder management, influencing skills


• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects within the same timeframe


• Fluency in German, French and English is a must (Verbal & Written)
