We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitier to join our Global HR team in our headquarters in Zurich.  The role will responsible for driving and delivering the end to end recuitment process for our internal customers and business stakeholders, ensuring we deliver the highest quality recruitment service and ensuring we source and select the very best candidates on the market to address both the immediate and long terms needs of our business. The role will be key in ensuring an optimum candidate and employee experience across all touch points during the recruitment process and will work closely with our Talent Management colleagues in leveraging internal talent to support internal mobility and career progression.  


 


Key tasks and responsibilities will include:


 



  • Establishing and understanding the detailed requirements of the role / business leader

  • Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs

  • Undertake screening activities to determine fit to the organisation and role profile

  • Conducting indepth candidate interviews and relevant online competency / personality assessments

  • Support interview scheduling including travel coordination and logistics

  • Ensure effective management of the ATS maintaining high level of data quality

  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications

  • Coordinate and manage effective candidate feedback

  • Prepare and negotiate job offers

  • Build and maintain sourcing / talent channels

  • Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues and support wider employer branding related activities

  • Provide pro acitve input to continuously improve recruitment related processes and policies


 


The successful candidate should bring:


 



  • Bachelor / Master Degree or equivalent

  • At least 2 years experience as a Recruiter with a minimum of 1 year as an 'in house' corporate Recruiter

  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews 

  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)

  • Ability to organize skills / personality assessments

  • Hands-on experience with a recruiting ATS  (preferrably Success Factors)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluency in English (solid command of German and / or French would be a plus)

  • Strong decision-making skills

  • Self starter & pro active mindset 

  • High level of EQ and intuition
