In order to implement and drive the success of our new procurement model, we are looking for an experienced Decision Support Analyst. Reporting to the Decision Support Expert, you will be deeply involved in the planning and performance measurement cycles of Nestrade. Procurement at Nestlé: To ensure that Nestlé achieves its objective of sustainable growth, a new Procurement Division was just created with hubs in Switzerland, Panama and Malaysia. They provide a range of services, including the management of procurement for specific raw materials, packaging, indirect materials and other services. The hubs also support markets with managing local spend. Key responsibilities
Provide transparency on the Procurement savings via the establishment of financial reports as well as dashboards. Accountable for the governance over the savings processes, documentation and the accuracy of the information provided to top management.
Implement and operate the Cross border E-Commerce processes in close collaboration with the business controller.
Actively drive new projects on fee charging for S&IM categories.
What is required?
University degree/ Masters in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations or Business controlling.
Good knowledge of Excel & SAP.
Experience working in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
Proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
