Our facilities, along with our external contractors, suppliers, and partners, comprise an interdependent global manufacturing network that’s committed to delivering a compliant, reliable supply to customers and patients on time, every time, across the globe. The role will be part of Regional Inventory Team whose main responsibilities are inventory reporting, managing SLOB (Slow Moving or Obsolete Stock/Inventory), Inventory Reconciliations, Regional Discard Processes and inventory transactions in SAP.



The potential candidate will be responsible for SAP transactional processes, developing reporting & database capabilities, various metrics for inventory related processes and provide support to supply chain SAP activities. Besides, successful candidate will support the team on supply chain related activities that are involved, help to achieve the inventory & compliance targets set by company and play a crucial role in various inventory projects from both technical and business point of view. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following main tasks:

  • Maintain material movements in SAP

  • Perform & monitor inventory reconciliations

  • Ensure inventory data integrity and accuracy

  • Improve and sustain reporting capabilities for monthly regional & global Discard & Inventory Reconciliation reviews

  • Develop metrics in all inventory areas to support the business to achieve compliance targets

  • Risk identification of inventory, perform root cause analyses on obsolete stock

  • Monitor system interfaces, resolve IDOC errors on a daily basis and ensure inventory data alignment

  • Support management reporting and ad-hoc projects

  • Collaborate closely with different stakeholders in SCM and Finance for execution of core inventory processes.


Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor of Science – preferably Supply Chain/Manufacturing or Business or a related discipline

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain environment

  • SAP APO, MM, StS, Sales & Distribution Modules, and MS Office (with strong Excel, Powerpoint and Access skills) experiences are required

  • Ideally SAP consultancy experience

  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of Supply Chain Management

  • Highly analytical profile with proactive and problem solving mindset

  • Awareness of business and industry dynamics

  • Capable of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate, collaborate and influence

  • Ability to think End-to-End when analyzing problems and resolving project conflicts

  • Flexibility to meet the expectations of management on ad-hoc projects and reporting requests

  • Independent and taking ownership

  • Fluency and strong English communication skills, both written and verbally
