Your responsibilities
Point of contact for all inventory surplus management related topics for all RUAG Aviation sites
Full operative responsibility along the surplus material management process
Leading a team of surplus management experts
Representing the supply chain towards all stakeholders within the surplus management process
Setting priorities, ensuring the fulfillment of predetermined goals and working along the SCM strategy with the team
Maintaining an active network with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, buyers of surplus materials, etc.)
Compliance with Group standards and ethical principles incl. Trade Compliance Regulations
Your profile
Technical or commercial apprenticeship plus Bachelor in Economics or in Supply Chain Management
Experience in surplus management and sales
Initiative and communicative leader with high assertiveness and negotiation skills
Enthusiastic, results-oriented and strong in implementation skills
Former experience as an aircraft mechanic is a plus
