Junior Compliance Officer – Training, Awareness and Policies

In detail, the position encompasses duties and We are looking for a candidate...
responsibilities as follows:

• with a university degree (legal or similar)




• assisting in developing and implementing an effective with 2-3 years of experience in a similar function, preferably
  compliance training and awareness program including training and awareness and policy development




• providing training to new employees on Glencore’s tasks
  ethics and compliance expectations who has a good knowledge of compliance issues including




• assisting with the content refresh and roll out of the anti-corruption, sanctions, anti-money laundering and
  annual compliance training package conflicts of interest




• working with team subject matter experts to develop has a good know-how in using IT applications (MS Office,
  and refresh the content of compliance e-learnings and Sharepoint)
  other training and awareness materials has experience using e-Learning development software (i.e.




• assisting in the development, implementation and Moodle, Articulate)
  maintenance of Compliance policies, procedures and who is fluent in English (corporate language), any additional
  language is a great asset
