DIGITAL MANAGER (PROFESSIONAL PRODUCTS DIVISION)

We areseeking to recruit a Digital Manager for our Professional Product Division (PPD) in Switzerland. You will define the PPD digital Strategy and its execution across the different brands. You will serve on the PPD steering committee and will report directly to the CMO and the General Director of the Professional Product Division.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


-Map local consumer decision journey for categories and brands, in collaboration with Consumer Intelligence teams; define, pilot and execute the Digital Strategyfor the Division, in line with international guidelines and by taking into account local characteristics.


-Oversee the implementation of CRM Strategy and data management.


-Implement and pilot various Digital Projects and ensure the smooth functioning and problem solving.


-Monitor the Digital Performance and consumer engagement; own platforms excellence.


-Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the company (brands, communication, sales), digital ecosystem and partners.


-Lead the Digital Tribe, share internal and external best practices; maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunities and trends in consumer interaction and inspire the teams with those possibilities.


YOUR PROFILE


-You have a minimum of a Bachelor degree. You have at least 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, ideally in-house in the consumer goods or retail sectors, and demonstrate advanced knowledge of the Swiss market.


-You are a subject matter expert, particularly on the topics of CRM, data management, e-commerce excellence, both B2B and B2C.


-You have strong business acumen and are able to translate digital marketing/commercial concepts into actionable business goals and vice versa. You have a strong customer focus and deep knowledge of consumer/digital trends.


-You master digital marketing strategies and are obsessed by customer and consumer centricity


-You also demonstrate an ability to think strategically and advise business partners on digital marketing strategies. You have proven leadership and negotiation skills and a pronounced ability to defend your ideas.


-You are native speaker of French or German, speak fluent the other language and demonstrate a good level of English (European reference: B2).
