Your Mission

Design is at the heart of Crowdhouse. We are searching talented Senior User Interface Designers to join our product team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a Senior User Interface Designer you will be working across multiple products in a fast-paced environment. You will work in cross-functional teams with Product Owners, Business Owners, Marketers, Engineers, UX Designers and Researchers. We’re looking for a creative, empathetic and experienced Senior User Interface Designer who can help shape our product initiates. You will play a vital role in revolutionizing Swiss real-estate crowdinvesting.  

Competencies

You are a passionate User Interface (UI) designer who enjoys prototyping interactions and animations, illustrating your ideas quickly and clearly. You have experience taking complex data and producing simple, usable interfaces that give our clients a rewarding experience on any device. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment whilst designing and maintaining design systems across different products.

Must have qualifications:

• We’re hiring at multiple levels so whether you have 2 or 10 years of experience, we’d love to hear from you


• A portfolio that demonstrates graphic and UI design projects


• Expert knowledge of modern design tools – Sketch, Principle, Abstract. Zeplin, InVision


• Strong attention to detail and ability to creatively solve problems


• The ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, while still maintaining the capacity for self-direction with little supervision.


• A strong rapport with engineers and an understanding of front-end and back-end engineering constraints that allows you to communicate and iterate upon a world-class product.


• Fluency in English
