Lunaphore Technologies is a young start-up active in the medtech field developing a
product based on a microfluidic technology to analyze tissue samples for cancer
diagnostics. Lunaphore is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team for a
permanent position as Supply Chain Engineer in our offices at EPFL Innovation Park
and contribute directly to the development and growth of the company. We are
looking for someone with strong supply chain management skills, ready to join a hard-
working team, passionate about taking Lunaphore to the next-level.


Key responsibilities


The Supply Chain Engineer will handle all activities related to supply chain, including:
Implement logistics and supply chain processes and procedures.
Manage and document supply chain and procurement activities.
Manage ordering and delivery times to distributors or customers.
Interact with sales and finance team to implement forecasts.
Optimize supply chain processes with updated constraints.
Interact with the internal manufacturing team as well as with external suppliers
on a day to day basis for ordering of the supplies, materials and products.
Ensure that shipping activities and deliveries are on track.
Track status of any order.
Manage the warehouse, monitor stocks and ensure proper storage of products.
Deal with non-supplied, under order, over orders and damaged goods.
Ensure link with accounting and finance for tracking of invoices
Initiate and maintain relation with logistics companies for transportation and
shipping.
Initiate and maintain relation with new suppliers.
Drive for results by consistently achieving goals and pushing to complete tasks
by their deadlines.
This position includes traveling.


Required profile


You have 2-3 years’ experience in supply chain.
You have a good understanding of logistics process management.
You manage time and priorities very well and have a good sense of
responsibility.
You like implementing and optimizing processes.
You like to interact with other people and build relationship, within the company
as well as with external suppliers or distributors.
You have the ability to collaborate with others by working in a team, share
information with peers and managers through presentations and reporting.
You demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills.
You have the ability to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
You have experience working in an ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 certified
environment.
Fluency in oral and written English is a must. Additional language skills including
French and German are highly desired.
You hold a valid B or C permit or Swiss nationality.
