Job Beschreibung


As part of our Support Team, you are responsible for managing all the platforms and release requests for D365 and Dynamics AX 2012 that enable effective client operations and collaboration.

  • Responsible regarding the deployment of Cloud and On-premise solutions, Backup-Restore and Issues and Batch troubleshooting

  • Assess incidents and problem-solving within the customer considering the budget

  • In addition to that you are responsible for setting up new components

  • Working with onshore and offshore resources and coordinate them

  • Responsible for ensuring that Avanade Policies and rules are followed

  • Generating reports and submit them to the management

  • Improve the support desk

  • Provide excellent communication with our customers and build relationships with them

Qualifications


About you:


You are likely to possess a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar degree; equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for degree.


You are likely to have first experience in systems engineering and/or infrastructure work, including relevant training and education.



  • You are likely to possess a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or similar degree; equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for degree

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure is required

  • Knowledge in Identity management (Active Directory, ADFS etc.)

  • Knowledge of Servers (Windows 2012, Performance Analysis etc.)

  • Knowledge about Network Services (DNS, DHCP etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written fluency in French and English

  • Good Analytical skills and highly creative in solving problems

  • Be willing and able to travel as much as required by the needs of our customers and our business
