SYDERAL SA designs and produces on-board electronic equipment for space applications since more
than 25 years and has participated in more than 50 missions without any failures, for customers such as
ESA, NASA, Thales Alenia Space and Airbus. The company has end-to-end engineering competencies
in digital and analogue electronics as well as software solutions and has extensive in-house production
facilities, qualified to ESA standards. SYDERAL's areas of expertise include Instrument Control Units,
Data Management and Processing, Payload Interface Units and GNSS solutions. SYDERAL SA
(Switzerland) has a subsidiary in Poland, SYDERAL Polska Z.O.O., which offers electronic engineering
services for space applications.
In order to reinforce our Technical Manager team, we are searching for a:

Technical Manager

Your mission:
Responsible for the technical development of our product according to customer requirements within time,
cost and quality defined.

Your Activities:

• Manage the overall product development and coordinate technical team activities;


• Define product architecture in collaboration with technical specialists;


• Define subsystem specifications in collaboration with engineers;


• Technical point of contact for customer and suppliers within the project;


• Responsible that the technical team follows development processes of our company;


• Accountable for the development to meet customer requirements within quality and cost
  discussed with the project manager and approved by top management;


• Manage the creation of the whole set of documents of the project


• Close collaboration with the project manager;

Your profile:

• Master degree in micro-technics, electronics, robotics or equivalent;


• Excellent knowledge of hardware design, software development or IC design;


• Knowledge of mechanical design;


• Excellent leadership, flexible and persistent;


• Excellent team player;


• Rigorous in the relations with our clients and our suppliers;


• Mastering Microsoft Office tools, Altium Designer, Mathlab, simulation tools, etc.;


• Fluent in English speaking and writing; other languages, in particular French, is a plus.
