What it's about


This is an exciting time to join Partners Group as we experience continuous growth across our global platform. In the role of HR Operations Specialist, reporting to the Regional Head of HR Europe based in Switzerland, you will support employees and management for the European offices of Zug, Luxembourg, Munich and Paris.


 



  • Administer all employee life cycle processes with focus on employee entries, changes, leaves, transfers and exits

  • Prepare all documentations such as contracts of employments, alterations, work permit applications as well as reference letters for employees in Switzerland

  • Perform accidents, sickness and child allowances registrations as well as reports and other administrative tasks and reports

  • Conduct HR Introduction Day presentation and new hire / leaver orientation with employees

  • Administer education requests from employees

  • Ensure compliance with and stay abreast of all labor laws and regulations

  • Proactively optimize tasks, processes, policies and procedures

  • Work closely together with HR Business Partners, Recruiters and Centers of expertise

  • Participate in  European  and global projects to further develop the HR function


What we expect


For this challenging position, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on professional with the following profile:



  • Commercial apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree with further Education in Human Resources (i.e. Personalfachfrau/mann) or equivalent essential

  • 5 to 7 years' work experience in HR operations, ideally in financial or professional services and international, complex environments

  • Solid knowledge of HR operations, ideally also in other jurisdictions e.g. Luxembourg market

  • Good communication skills in German and English; strong desire to learn; high attention to detail

  • Enjoys a fast paced, results-oriented environment, ability to prioritize and work independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and HR systems, ideally SuccessFactors
