What it's about

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of deliverables prepared by junior colleagues 


• Governance and process review of work performed by third-party external service providers


• Net Asset Value finalization for complex mandates and commingled offerings


• Coach and develop junior colleagues to ensure efficient change management


• Actively identify and lead initiatives to continually adapt to the industry leading business requirements the Company

What we expect

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, preferably with a professional accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACCA)


• Experience with coaching and mentoring junior team members


• Detail orientated, organized and self-motivated


• Responsible, accountable and is seen as a role model


• Ability to integrate within a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse global team


• Passionate about creating last positive impact with a leading private markets firm
