Senior User Experience (UX) Designer - Product Squad

The Crowdhouse design team is growing rapidly, and we are looking for Senior User Experience Designers in our Zurich office.

The ideal candidate has a desire to build amazing products from the ground up, the ability to take ownership, innovate and inspire others through their positive spirit.

We strive to understand and adapt to our users needs, behaviour and emotions to understand and inform our product strategy. At Crowdhouse, design is at the very core of how we solve problems;  our multidisciplinary design team consists of a head of design, user experience designers, user interface designers, UX researchers, a UX copy and product designers.

To do this job, you will have

• We are hiring at multiple levels so whether you have two or more than ten years experience, we'd love to hear from you


• You are a passionate about good user experience (UX)


• You enjoy  taking complex data and producing simple, usable interfaces that give our clients a rewarding experience on any device.


• You are passionate about working in a collaborative environment, validating assumptions quickly and creating, iterating and validating information architecture, wireframes and prototypes.


• You have good experience working in multi-functional teams


• You have experience working closely with users, designers, product owners and engineers throughout the development process


• You will thrive in a fast-growing Fin- & Prop-Tech company


• You are creative, open, transparent, collaborative and fun to work with


• You are fluent in English

Our journey began in 2015 with a clear vision: make real-estate accessible, efficient, liquid and instantly available to everyone.

We have made a good start - we are profitable and have been since our first year, we are privately funded which means we have control over our decisions and vision and since launching we have moved a real-estate volume of over half a billion CHF placed through our platforms. Big numbers indeed but with a transactional market volume in Switzerland of 30 - 40 Billion CHF annually there is a huge market for us to still tap into. We will do this with innovative and disruptive solutions developed with your help.

Each product at Crowdhouse has an autonomous and multi-disciplinary squad developing and supporting it.  A squad has all of the skills required to design, develop, test and release into production. Agility, having fun and collaboration is essential for building our products.
