We are currently working on a global strategic business transformation program aimed at standardizing our major business processes. In this context, SAP is implemented on a worldwide level.

To strengthen our team, which is located in Volketswil, Zurich (the Team will be moving to our operative Headquarter in Greifensee, Zurich around the end of this year) we are looking for a

Global Roll-in Lead Program Manager (f/m) 100%

The program 'Blue Ocean' at METTLER TOLEDO started with its Business transformation program in 2008. Roughly, 50% of our units globally have been migrated to a global template. This template focusses on process harmonization, digitalization and automation and covers the whole business value chain across HR, Engineering, Sales, Service, Supply Chain and Finance. The remaining units are distributed around the globe and the goal is to transform them within the next 4 years.

 

Your responsibilities: 

• You will implement the SAP based business template covering the whole value chain in METTLER TOLEDOs subsidiaries globally (Sales-, Service-, and production facilities)


• Transform business processes, data and people to comply with global template processes


• Manage senior stakeholders (factory managers, GMs, middle management) and drive change management on executive level


• Oversee all roll-in streams and act as quality / escalation gate across all roll-in phases (preparation, system build, training, data conversion, etc.)


• Globally manage a Senior team of Roll-in leads


• Report consolidated roll-in status to senior group management

Your Profile: 

• University Degree in Business strategy, Business Computing Sciences, International Management, Business Development or similar


• Several years' experience in managing global transformations projects (ideally SAP projects)


• The right mindset to move things forward in a continually changing international and complex environment


• You feel comfortable to work with Senior Management and handle demanding stakeholders


• Ability to adapt to different cultures and matrix organizations and work with little guidance


• Worldwide travelling required up to 70%


• Excellent written and spoken English, any other language is a plus
