ICT SERVICEDESK SUPPORTER - LIMITED - ZURICH

In order to reinforce our IT department we are currently looking for an ICT Servicedesk Supporter to handle mainly 1st level support and on demand 2nd level support. This person will be based in Glattbrugg and report to the Incident & Servicedesk Manager. In this key role you would be responsible for the following tasks:



  • Act as single point of contact for 1st Level support for VP Users (hotline handling and ticket dispatching to appropriate 2nd level Supporter) and on demand 2nd level support execution

  • Provide assistance with technology products such as mobile phones, computers, software products or other electronic goods

  • Manage administrative related tasks like invoices, purchasing, vendor relationships

  • Assist external supporters

  • Ensure that all IT needs are met in accordance with the quality plans

  • Documentation of support services (Guides, HowTo etc.)


We are looking for a solution and customer oriented person with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach. The following requirements complete the profile we are searching for:



  • ICT professional or graduate degree in computer science

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of Win 7 / Win 8  / Win 10 in addition to strong knowledge in incident resolutions / troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of administrating in Active Directory & Exchange (user mutations)

  • Fluent level in German and English both in oral and written communication and every additional language is an asset

  • Support training and Microsoft certification is a plus

  • ITIL v3 Foundation certified, as well as experience with Skype for Business are an asset

  • Excellent communication abilities and general computer skills

  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Positive attitude and result driven personality
