The team builds and operates a cost effective hub organization supporting the shared Group IT infrastructure and centralized application platforms.

To strengthen our global IT Infrastructure team, which is based in our global operational Headquarter in Greifensee, we are looking for an experienced

Solution Architect Telecommunication (f/m) 100%

You will join a team of Solution Architects in the area of IT Infrastructure & Communication Technology Services and participate to varied and exciting projects. As an internal consultant for all Telecommunication processes you will deliver projects and support application integrations in the Telecommunications area.

Your responsibilities: 

• Design and implementation of complex, globally linked VoIP and Call Center systems
  
  (PBX, VoiceMail, Switchboard application, MoH)


• Involvement in projects as of the initial demand planning and assessment phase


• Responsible for the solution design, the system configuration and testing to ensure a smooth and successful cut-over and finally a complete handover to our Operations team


• Translate business requirements to coherent and integrated contact center solutions


• Trouble shooting of major VoIP incidents (end to end)


• Lead and work in medium and large sized projects


• Identify and drive optimizations

Your Profile: 

• HF or Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications or equivalent


• 5+ years of experience in a Telecommunications environment with solid experience in solution design and implementation of VoIP and Call Center systems


• Experience in Project Management, strong time management and organizational skills


• Excellent analytical skills and structured approach to problem solving


• Ability to adapt to different surroundings and situations in a multicultural environment


• Open for international travel depending on business needs (approx. 10%)


• Excellent written and spoken English, German is an advantage
