For our Corporate Service and Sales Team we are seeking a
Process Developer CS (60-100%)
Uzwil
Duties


  • Responsible for new and further development of business process standards in the area of Customer Services

  • Drive implementation of best practice approaches

  • Performing organizational, process, data and system implementation projects

  • Responsible for application management/user support inclusive trainings and documentation

  • Support in roll-out projects of developed processes and systems, mainly operative

  • Assistance of Program Manager
Qualifications


  • Technical or commercial vocational education, preferably with further training in the fields of process management, commerce or IT or degree of university of applied science

  • Experience in project work mandatory

  • Experience in IT implementation projects

  • Process know-how in Customer Service of an international company preferable

  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English, German skills desirable

  • Good user experience of an ERP system, preferable SAP (SD and/or CS module)

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Any knowledge of (field) service solutions is an advantage
