Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT professional to lead the Information and Communication Technology area of Sportradar Group. The Global Head of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) primary responsibility is to ensure that the day to day functional delivery and integration of Sportradar's communication technologies meet the demand of a global situated group with office locations across all continents.

The Challenge

Integration and maintenance of communication tools and technologies:

• Video conferencing


• Meeting room equipment to support video conferencing and communication


• Webinar


• Messaging (e.g. we use Slack)


• VOIP

Processes management:

• User manuals, training and support


• Implementation and User management


• Governance structure to ensure organizational buy-in to the selected tool set


• Scalability and capacity management to fit an organization of 2.000 employees in stealth growth mode


• Communication technology strategy and roadmap


• Vendor Selection

Your Profile

• An ICT-related degree


• Experienced with maintaining and integrating diverse communication tools


• Business or management qualification (desirable)


• Experience and demonstrated success as an ICT Manager


• Project management experience


• In-depth knowledge and application of administrative procedures such as budgeting, quality assurance and human resources


• Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral


• The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
