HR Manager

The Mission

• You recruit the best possible people matching our needs (competencies, skills, culture)


• You shape and execute our overall people strategy (e.g. performance review, training programs, on-boarding program, company values and culture,...)


• You act as Business Partner


• You create structure without hindering innovation and implementation speed

The Profile

• Proven track record in managing HR and recruiting (and you loved it!)


• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law


• People-focused: you assess efficiently how people tick and whether they could be a good match for crowdhouse


• Solution driven and result-oriented: you need to deliver quickly in a fast-paced, startup environment


• Hands-on and pragmatic approach


• Fluent in German / English
