Your responsibilities
Monitors the progress of assigned systems (desk and field expediting)
Plans, monitors and leads inspections at suppliers premises
Contacts suppliers to ensure that all systems are on track and that deliveries will be shipped on time
Resolution or escalation of all Expediting problems
Drives effectiveness and efficiency of operational tasks
Participates in developing related procedures & process improvements within overall function
Communicates effectively with other Business Units relating to Expediting activities
Your experiences
Graduate (FH / TH / Uni), commercial or technical degree with further education in the commercial sector
Project management experience in international & technical environment
Good understanding of Expediting and Logistics processes appropriate to Supply Markets
Procurement experience in international & technical environment
Good negotiation skills
Good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel incl. Pivot, Powerpoint)
Multilingual with professional English
