Responsibilities & Profile
Your responsibilities
Being a central point of contact for international assignments at each stage of the process
Discussing the assignment packages and conditions with the assignees and managing their expectations
Administrating the entire assignment process (updating database, contract & cost management etc.)
Preparing the repatriation back to the home country/Switzerland
Coordinating payroll, finance, tax and external providers
Obtaining Swiss work permits
Close cooperation with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Business Leaders, Payroll as well as our Legal department
First point of contact for business line consulting on Swiss immigration regulations and appropriate permit set ups as well as Swiss tax implications
Ensuring the regulatory compliance of firm-wide international business travel
Advising assignees and the business on the social security as well as the taxation aspects of an assignment and business travel
Your profile
Completed Apprenticeship in the Commercial area, HR specialist (Swiss federal diploma) or Bachelor in Business Administration
One to two years of experience in the HR Global Mobility area or in a comparable position, preferably with a multinational company
Immigration Know-How
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and fluency in English as well as German is a must, French is a plus
A Team-Player with the ability to work in a constant changing environment, dealing with competing priorities and guaranteeing high quality output at the same time
Pro-active personality, great apprehension and high motivation to work independently
Acting service-oriented and with confidence
Good IT skills
