Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer of our IT & Digital Transformation department, your mission will be to lead our IT Controlling and Service Management team. The scope of the team is to manage all IT financial streams and assets along the entire value chain and establish pragmatic yet effective control frameworks, measures and KPIs.

Your main tasks will be to :

• Establish and maintain IT budgeting and controlling framework and cost management processes

• Establish and maintain IT vendor management, contract controlling and a best-practice vendor contracting strategy

• Establish and maintain an inventory of IT assets (e.g. applications) including life cycle and total cost of ownership views

• Establish and maintain a pragmatic and effective IT service catalogue covering quality, costs and scope of services rendered to internal stakeholders and Vaudoise clients

• Actively manage the firm's project portfolio and act as the governance body for all projects in scope

• Conduct IT's budgeting and reporting process

• Define and measure key IT KPIs and other quality indicators

• Tailor the above activities to the size and complexity suitable for Vaudoise's IT operation

Qualifications

You have a university degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in the field of IT service management, cost management and vendor management, ideally for a larger organization.

You have a proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and a problem-solving mindset across organizational boundaries.

With your analytical skills and your mindset geared to continuous improvement, you have the ability to develop alternative solutions to problems and select the optimal solution.

You show drive, you have team spirit, you are proactive and take initiative as well as quality decisions. You have good communication skills, meet and exceed customer needs and show adaptability in every situation.

You speak French and English. German is an asset.
