The “Content Delivery Solution Specialist” works directly with the Business Process Manager, Key users from Documentation Departments and Global IT organization to support and further develop a content delivery solution for user and service information. This is a key role that ensures an aligned approach to content delivery, continuous support of current solution and its seamless integration in the authoring and publishing landscape. As an ideal candidate, you have a strong IT background and a close affinity to authoring processes. You bring proven ability to effectively work in complex global matrix environment.


The Challenge


You will represent the needs of and supports information creators in the process of content delivery and participate in development project activities to implement them. The role is matrix-oriented and requires a combination of IT and authoring skills.

Main responsibilities



  • Collection, clarification and prioritization of requirements

  • Creation and performing of tests

  • Providing first level support

  • Providing training

  • Performing operative administrative tasks

  • Involvement in innovation projects in the area of content delivery


To be successful in this role, you need to be:



  • A self-dependent person willing to take responsibility: you are not afraid to make decisions within your domain also not having all variables filled.

  • A solution finder: you have an analytical and solution-oriented approach in troubleshooting and support: you can quickly understand complex situations/environments.

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Communicative and proactive team player


In terms of expertise, we expect knowledge of:



  • Web environments and client-server applications (HTML5, CSS)

  • Programming languages

    • at least one scripting language

    • windows batch programming


  • Content transformation (XSLT, XPATH)

  • Authoring process and tools (CMS, XML, JSON)

  • UX basics (usability for software products)

  • Basics in IT project management methodology

  • Basics in test management


Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential. Fluency in German is an asset.
