Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer of our IT & Digital Transformation department, your mission will be to lead our Data and Information Management team.

The scope ranges across all business-relevant data and information (e.g. sales, business production, clients, claims, productivity, partner data, master data) and also includes close coordination with our Finance and Controlling teams.

Your main tasks will be to :
Drive evolution of our information architecture and corresponding systems, data feeds, reporting tools, and management dashboards for integrated business reporting :

• • Scope and prioritize current and future data and information requirements


•  • Define a common information structure


• • Maintain common data definitions, master data, consistent and comprehensive reporting structures


• • Establish and maintain a pragmatic yet effective governance structure for the management of data definitions, master data, data quality and data ownership


• • Continuously optimize the team work and operating model so they deliver the most valuable services possible and achieve a high level of client satisfaction


• • Closely collaborate with the rest of IT to drive the evolution of our system suite


• • Deliver high-quality reporting, data feeds and data management


• • Deliver timely data feeds and updates to supply the organization with timely, consistent and comprehensive business information


• • Effectively manage partner data and master data with optimized turnaround times


• • Deliver important reporting projects and system changes


• • Deliver portfolio of projects establishing new reporting capabilities, better data integration, new data sources, etc.


• • Integrate additional countries or business lines in line with acquisitions and improvements of our IT landscape

Qualifications

You have a university degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry – preferably in areas of business steering, reporting, information delivery, master data management.

You have strong project management experience and the ability to prioritize tasks in order to manage high work load levels and work under pressure.

You have a proven track record of successful information integration, data structuring and reporting tool implementation efforts.

With your analytical skills and your mindset geared to continuous improvement, you have the ability to develop alternative solutions to problems and select the optimal solution.

You quickly adapt to shifting or competing priorities, you are a strong team player with the ability to demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and credibility. You take initiative as well as quality decisions.

You have the ability to lead a team, with excellent communication and facilitation skills at all levels, you meet and exceed customer needs and show adaptability in every situation.

You speak French and English. German is an asset.
