SUMMARY

The Junior Analyst, under the guidance of the APO Rate Cloud - Transformation, will have project and process management responsibility to build up Agility’s Rate Database. This individual will work with various stakeholders to understand current state operations and to ensure completion of Agility’s Rate Database in a timely and accurate manner. Ultimately, this individual will work in a collaborative, crossfunctional, and cross-cultural manner to be a change leader.

ESSENTIAL TASKS

Work with FOCIS Rate Cloud Module Agile team and Agility E Services to:

• Enhance functionality for uploading and maintaining Rates and Charges in FOCIS


• Improve KPI reports for Rate Management

Work with Global Operation Center – Rate Management Team and Global National Pricing Center Leadership to:

• Design and improve processes for gathering and maintaining Rates in FOCIS Rate Cloud


• Collecting, documenting and analyzing Requirements for FOCIS Rate Management

Work with Data Quality Manager to:

• Perform Quality Control Tasks and ensure learning process applies


• Ensure proper and timely KPI Reporting is done to various stakeholders
