As Facility Coordinatorof Jet Aviationyou will be responsible for successfully manage and coordinate building and equipment maintenance schedules andhandle building-equipment emergencies. You will serve as a liaison between company employees and outside contractors calledin support of the Facility Department, including maintaining records and contracts, coordinating project activities and providing scheduling support.

As Jet Aviation’s Facility Coordinator your mission will be to ensure corrective and preventive maintenance are met in compliance with EHS rules, respecting budget, time and quality targets in line with the organization’s Vision 2020 and strategy. You will be collaborating closely with the Facility Manager to support all facility activities and to ensure that the maintenance & repair plan is globally aligned and executed effectively.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the organization's facilities is in line with an optimal work environment


• Assess and evaluate the technical requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs


• Ensure proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection / maintenance and coordination with vendors / contractors


• Review and evaluate contractors and vendors performance for justification of expenditures and manpower cost


• Adhere to all EHS policy/procedures and ensure contractors comply with site EHS rules at all times


• Ensure compliance with corporate fiscal, legal, environmental and risk management policies to minimize corporate liability and manage risk


• Direct and coordinate Facility and Real Estate projects


• Supervise and delegate job duties for project contractors in the maintenance, repair and renovation of all facilities


• Schedule and coordinate major or minor repairs or installation of plant equipment

Minimum Qualification/Experience:

• Strong written/oral communication and technical skills


• Attention to detail and follow-up skills essential


• Ability to respond to sensitive issues, handle multiple priorities and be pro-active


• Bachelors degree and/or 5 years of experience in a similar role


• Excellent customer-service focussed attitude


• Fluent in French and English, good level in German would be a plus

• Results driven – able to execute with high personal accountability and organizational skills


• Strong computer skills including solid understanding of Microsoft office and CMMS


• Strong personal values corresponding with Jet Aviation values (THAT)
