We are looking for a Production Technician to join our growing Crane Camera Hardware Team in Lausanne. Pix4D develops drone photogrammetry software and products that empower professionals around the world to capture, process, edit and assess their own maps and 3D models.

Pix4D also develops and manufactures the unique crane camera hardware system. pix4d.com/product/crane-camera/ This role requires you to become part of our crane camera group working in the production team. The ideal candidate has a background in electro-mechanical assembly and is familiar with a workshop environment. They should have an interest and desire to evolve in a fast growing technology company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and test the systems


• Refurbish and repair systems, and investigate failures


• Maintain and order stock and look after the workshop


• Pack the completed systems, ready for shipping

Requirements

• CFC, Professional qualification in electro-mechanics, or equivalent


• Ability to work with mechanical/electrical assembly tools such as drills, soldering irons, etc.


• Familiar with a workshop environment


• Experience with parts suppliers


• Independent and well organized team player


• Proficient English Language skills required. Other languages are considered strong advantages


• Experience with product industrialisation, supply chain management and certification is an advantage


• Knowledge of digital cameras and/or the construction industry is an advantage


• Flexible and open-minded to feel at home in a fast-paced and growing international environment
