About the Role



  • Provide 2nd level support, according to the defined processes, policies and agreements, minimizing adverse impact of incidents and service failures on business operations

  • Undertake various roles, including incident/problem and request management analyst

  • Act as an expert for in the printing/scanning area, holding knowledge related to the corporate 'Printing' service

  • Act as an expert for in the workplace certification area, holding knowledge related to the corporate
    'Workplace' infrastructure

  • Actively participate in the global printing/scanning and workplace expert teams, internal and external meetings, workshops and projects as needed

  • Monitor and track open incidents/problems and requests, ensuring compliance within agreed SLA’s

  • Share printing/scanning and workplace knowledge and experience with various teams at Swiss Re

  • Ensure that knowledge is appropriately documented


 


About the Team


Field Services (FS) is mandated to support and improve customer experience for onsite IT services, beyond traditional silos, across divisions and individual customer touchpoints. In addition, FS delivers managed customer care services on behalf of Information Technology divisions through multiple channels and acts as a single point of contact for business and customer requests for all IT services.


 


FS Professional Services is a team of specialists, owning and running the IT services 'AV multimedia', and 'Printing'. It signs amongst other things responsible for the global printing/scanning environment and workplace certification, ensures as subject-matter expert a high quality and reliable service delivery, and drives the product roadmaps.


 


About You



  • Basic education with technical background and further training in the area of printing/scanning

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an equivalent position, with demonstrated experience on support and cross functional teamwork

  • Significant IT experience in printing/scanning and workplace as it relates to support, maintenance and engineering

  • Customer and service oriented, hands-on/“can do” mentality, autonomous, and stress-resistant

  • Experience in gathering and analysing relevant information to make sound decisions and solve large scale problems in a timely manner

  • Team player with good communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills

  • Good to excellent command of English, any other language is a plus
