In order to support our team and strengthen the growth of our business in Switzerland, we are looking for a

STRATEGIC PRODUCT PORTFOLIO MANAGER (F/M) – WEALTH & HEALTH

This position is for a recognised professional within our Corporate Development team who will strategically manage the existing product and service portfolio, advance the  existing offering, and help develop new products and services based on industry experience and analyzing input from customers and prospects. The role will extend from increasing the profitability of the  current offering to driving growth through new and existing services.

Your tasks:

• Partnering with key stakeholders to define vision, strategy and roadmap for the Wealth & Health offering.


• Review existing products and services and identify potential to further enhance the offering, grow the business and increase profitability.


• Studying and assessing new markets, applications, products and partners, and developing innovative product recommendations based on commercial, technical and opportunity assessments.


• Proactively identifying and resolving strategic issues that impact the products & services


• Assessing, implementing and managing key partner relationships for specific products & services


• Translating current and anticipated requirements into product features.


• Acting as project manager for product enhancement initiatives.


• Assist with campaign strategy development and implementation

Your profile:

• Sound understanding of the pension industry and/or asset management.


• Proficiency and practical experiences in the development and implementation of new products is a plus.


• University degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or similar fields.


• At least 3 years of working experience in an international business environment, management consulting and/or significant project experience preferred


• Committed to a career path within commercial leadership and institutional business development.


• Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.


• The ability to build very good working relationships across all levels.


• Decisive and results orientated, highly disciplined, proactive, with a results driven focus.


• Excellent skills in German and English are required, French is a plus.
