We are looking for a highly competent Talent Acquisition Coordination to join our team.

 
Key responsibilities

• Support recruiters in talent sourcing and networking, including engagement with our external talent pool.


• Interviews scheduling for recruitment partners and hiring managers.


• Screen job ads and ensure candidates receive an appropriate feedback from the respective recruiter.


• Follow up with potential candidates for future job opportunities, CV screening, first phone assessment.


• Prepare regular updates (reporting and analytical) and build power point presentations.


• Provide support on general administrative and support tasks.


• Assist in rollout and implementation of HR initiatives.

 
Required Profile

• Relevant diploma/certificate in general administration or HR.


• Minimum 1 year of experience, ideally in an international environment.


• Strong interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.


• Strong analytical skills is a must.


• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Power Point is a must.


• Exposure to professional social networks (Linkedin, Xing, etc.)and knowledge of Taleo & Oracle Business Intelligences is a plus.


• Fluent in English, any other language would be a plus.
