We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator in our Marketing team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work in close collaboration with the Brand Managers. You will support a fast-paced team as we drive growth, build awareness of the brand, and drive revenue across all segments of our business. The position is a great opportunity to learn and be involved in all marketing facets of a rapidly-growing enterprise.

Daily routine


You will have a wide range of tasks which include:



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop multi-channel go-to-market campaigns and content (emails, videos, website and mobile assets) to drive adoption, engagement, and retention

  • Partner with analytics and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze results, optimize campaigns, and share learnings and impact of product marketing efforts

  • Assist with marketing assignments from strategy & development through execution

  • Perform other marketing related duties such as involvement in special projects, representing the company at related marketing events

  • Help develop and execute the global brand strategy and guidelines for assigned products

  • Maintain deliverable dates and be accountable for timely delivery of global marketing materials

  • Coordinate operations for owned and paid media channels (print/digital advertising, direct mail, email marketing, etc.)

  • Efficiently execute day to day production tasks relating to product promotion assets

  • Have an excitement for digital and social media development – help the team create content, manage and track campaigns and stay on top of current trends and proven success tactics

  • Manage campaign calendar, trafficking assets, screenshots, billing and related pre/post launch processes

  • Use critical thinking skills to develop consumer surveys, analyze data and create reports


Skills set


You should have excellent written communication and project management skills, and be comfortable multi-tasking. You must be able to juggle multiple projects while staying organized, thrive in a constantly evolving environment, and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Moreover:



  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

  • Strong project and marketing asset management skills

  • Team player with strong written communication and presentation skills (English and French, German is a strong asset )

  • Genuine interest for macroeconomic fundamentals and financial markets.

  • Experience in MS programs, Google Analytics and campaign management tools

  • Excited to test new ways to reach different market segments

  • Capable of taking initiative, ownership and negotiating tough situations
