Sales Manager B2B – Europe Retail & Distribution


Location: Zurich, Switzerland with travel to locations of our partner companies

You are looking for …



  • the responsibility to develop, perform and manage all commercial aspects of successful long-term business
    and customer relationships, including achievement of sales targets

  • the challenge of pro-active acquisition of retail and distribution partners, negotiating attractive deals and
    closing commercial contracts

  • the aspiration to bring Ava into the retailers, increase awareness, manage revenues, margins, and go-to-
    market strategies

  • team work - close collaboration with partners on marketing activities as well as internally with marketing,
    operations and others to ensure results

  • the opportunity to be part of leading Ava to success, using your drive and enthusiasm


You bring …



  • at least 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales to retailers and distributors, preferably in a category similar to
    Ava, with strong sales, relationship-building and negotiation skills

  • pan-European work experience with a focus on the DACH and UK regions

  • a solid academic background, like university degree or equivalent in business, marketing and/or technical
    subjects

  • network and contacts with suitable retailers and distributors, understanding of on-line and in-store
    channels and category strategies

  • fluency in English (German and other European languages are a plus) and willingness to travel

  • affinity for women’s health, medical devices and digital technology

  • Swiss or EU/EFTA work permit
