To reinforce the Consolidation & Reporting team of our Nespresso HQ in Lausanne, we are looking for a Consolidation System (BOFC) Specialist. In this role, you will be an active contributor to the Nestle Group financial reporting process and Nespresso internal management reporting. Combining an excellent team spirit and willingness to learn, your responsibilities will be the following: Key responsibilities
Act as the Functional Administrator of “SAP BOFC – Magnitude” used for the Nespresso Group Consolidated Financial Statements as well as many other financial reporting information
Manage the day-to-day activities (e.g. generating monthly packages, exchanges rates, user profile management etc.)
Develop and update various analytical reports and checking tools on Group figures, extracting data from Magnitude
Support/coordinate the system development impacted by the new improvement Projects as well as ad-hoc reports and requests for top management
Actively support the Consolidation & Reporting team in monthly closing and reporting preparation process by performing required checks/controls on Market’s submissions as well as ensuring reporting quality on designated reporting areas
Verify the accuracy of certain numbers reported by Markets and all reports prepared for the top management
Assist controllers/users of consolidated data within Nespresso Group
Co-ordinates & delivers technical requirements within process improvement projects
Coordinate and facilitate full Reporting scope submission from the Nespresso Markets to the Nespresso HQ
Required profile
Bachelor/Master Degree ideally in IS/IT (specialization in Finance).
Expertise in reporting systems (SAP BOFC or equivalent, COGNOS, BI environment)
Expertize/interaction in Nessoft (desirable) or any other legacy system
Minimum 5 years’ experience with knowledge in financial consolidation
Excellent Microsoft excel knowledge
Strong analytical skills and orientation to detail
Fluency in English
