This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Associate within our AR team. 
He/she will handle the main activities related to collection for Wholesale Customers and support the day-to-day cash flow.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collection of overdue balances for assigned customers


• Statement of account reconciliations


• Payment allocation


• Chargebacks follow up with Customer Service, Account Payable Departments and Customers for their smooth and quick resolution


• Communication with Credit Insurance companies regarding overdue balances


• Reporting to management on cash collections and end of week aging


• Month end Activities and Weekly Reporting


• Follow up on blocked orders based on payment terms


• Proactive communication with Customer, Sales Force, Agents and Customer Service to fully satisfy requests and needs


• Ad-hoc projects support

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of English and Italian (both written and spoken). French or additional EU languages are a plus


• Business school or Bachelor’s degree


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable (receivables, cash collection and related activities)


• Good knowledge of Excel


• Knowledge of AS400 (RLM), Qlik, SAP are a plus


• Results-driven and KPIs oriented
