Guide, advise and coach the team
Process and Continuous Improvement
Ensure flawless execution of Employee Life Cycle processes and drive the overall continuous improvement
Business & Stakeholder partnering
Manage stakeholders internally as well as externally with our service provider
Required Profile
2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader or HR Business Partner in at least a medium-size company
Exposure to an international environment
Bachelor degree in economics or equivalent; HR Certificate or Brevet would be a plus
Professional fluency in both French and English (Written and Spoken), German/Swiss German will be considered a strong advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, SAP/Time SAP or other time management systems is an asset
Experience as change agent in continuous improvement of processes and implementation of new ways of working
