We are looking for our Talent Sourcer for our HR team based in Gland.

You will develop and implement strategic sourcing approaches to engage top talent in the industry and create a candidate pipelines for our HR Recruiters .

You will be responsible for managing the initial step of the recruitment process - the search strategy. As you define the search, you'll consult with hiring managers and others on the what, where, and how of the sourcing strategy, including qualifications, marketplace data, trends, sourcing channels etc. You'll engage talent and build candidate pipelines to set the trajectory of the search and the tone for recruitment excellence. 

Daily routine

• Develop a consultative partnership with Hiring Managers and business leaders to set the strategic direction for sourcing and recruitment efforts on job profiles


• Create a pipeline for our recruitments needs (IT, Development and Banking profiles)


• Leverage various knowledge and technologies to actively research, develop, and implement sourcing strategies.


• Participate in various projects related to Talent Acquisition (i.e: key universities and schools forums, Employer Branding, etc.).

Skills set

• Sourcing experience is a plus


• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Sourcing strategies


• Excellent writing and verbal skills in English and in French, German is an asset


• Exposure to technical positions (IT/Development Engineers) a plus


• Self-starter, driven and result-oriented with a positive attitude and upbeat personality


• Data driven, problem solver, seek on challenging work


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in the use of MS Office
