Junior Cocoa Pricing & Position Mgt

Your main accountabilities and responsibilities are: 

• Monitor and manage the risk & physical positions of Global Africa and BC Cocoa Europe 


• Align information required for the risk & physical position with Central Planning 


• Send quote & book inter-company sales contracts based on internal requests 


• Book inter-company purchase contracts based on risk & physical position 


• Hedge purchase & sales contracts with the internal trading desk


• Active contract management for the 2 entities (reconcile contracts with inter-company counter-parties, investigate discrepancies, roll late contracts into correct period etc) 


• Involvement in projects 


• Support performing market intelligence analysis 


• Support ad hoc commercial analysis 

The following competency profile will be the basis to ensure a smooth handling of this position’s responsibilities:

• Commercial Apprentice with Maturity or equivalent


• 2 years of experience in a similar role


• Ability to work well independently in addition to being a strong team player


• High self-motivated, flexible, structured with analytical mind


• Strong communicator who is fluent in English


• Sound knowledge of Microsoft


• SAP knowhow is an advantage
