In this function you will lead a small, competent team supporting you in all HR related operational and administrative matters. We seek a dynamic manager, well organized, detail oriented with a focus on operational excellence, and organization development in a challenging and consistently growing environment with multiple stakeholders.

This function, which requires a high degree of autonomy, includes the following key responsibilities:

• Overall HR Operations responsibility for 5 legal entities in Switzerland (including Global HQ and 1 manufactoring facility - around 400 employees)


• Build strong working relationships, underpinned by trust, credibility and respect, with Business Leaders and across the broader organisation and HR community


• Stakeholder Management with senior business leaders and peers in broader EMEA context to leverage best practices


• Work on sensitive topics for executives requiring compliance, discretion and efficient handling


• Actively develop the team and provide opportunities to ensure engaged, empowered and productive employees who deliver great value to the business


• Ensure quality and timely delivery of HR Services including payroll to meet business needs


• Balance operational efficiency with an employee centric service orientation


• Review and adapt to new legal requirements as it relates to people Operations in Switzerland


• Drive local implementation of global and regional HR programs, policies and processes


• Oversee HR calendar execution of core HR processes such as Performance, Compensation reviews and development


• Continue to scale HR Operation through thoughtful futureproof process implementation and governance

To succeed in this demanding position the following profile is required:

• Bachelor or equivalent (HR Fachfrau) with a minimum of 8 years HR experience


• Self-starter, not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into the detail


• Thrive on working with ambiguity and in a fast-paced, highly results oriented environment


• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leaders and employees


• Solid analytical skills


• Broad work experience in a core local HR disciplines (Labor law, Payroll and Compensation, benefits, performance and development)


• Strong focus on operational execution with strategic mindset


• Experience in effectively using the power of a matrixed HR function and building a people network to accomplish results


• Fluent English and German both written and verbal
