Oracle Fusion & Taleo Developer for Reporting &Dashboard
The developer’s primary role will be to support the HR Technology team in building Oracle Fusion and Taleo dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage standards, guidelines, and procedures fordata architecture, governance and reporting
Manage requests and change control for Oracle Fusion & Taleo reporting
Gather requirements, assess current environment(tools, reports, etc.) and develop recommendations to create/change/enhanceOracle Fusion and Taleo reports, dashboards and analytics in line with the HRTechnology team’s objectives
Develop a global process initiatives to addressbusiness issues through development and implementation of best practicestandard processes, systems, data and reporting.
Oversee large systems and data/Reporting relatedprojects and collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop andimplement improvement and data accuracy.

Purpose:
• Responsible to oversees the specification, development and implementation of new or redesigned systems, reports and policies and procedures for internal use. Manages relationships with software and hardware vendors and ensures the development of proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance. Often consults with other division or department management in developing company-wide use of HRIS salary planning and reporting functions. Establishes data tables, structures, files, interface requirements and data integrity protocols for ongoing administration. May have a role in the administration and maintenance of electronic performance management systems.

Deep experience creating and implementing customdashboards, reports, data models, data visualization tool
Ability to help shape the landscape to create a betteruser experience based on the full set of tools at hand for HR managers
Understanding of business process as it relates toHR/HR systems
Deep experience with Oracle products (primarily HCM,finance is also acceptable)
