The team places high standards on data privacy Role Purpose:The HR Data Analytics professional’s primary role will be to offer actionable analysis and consultative support to senior leadership and HRPBs. They will interface with HR and other business functions to serve their data needs and effectively “tell the story”. This role supports evidenced-based business-centric decision making on Human Capital. Together with your colleagues you’ll provide strategic and analytical input and modeling support to senior management and HR. You’ll add quantitative perspective to discussions on new and existing HR processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, have a high level of customer focus and a passion for process improvement. The scope of this role is across the entirety of Xerox’s business around the world and cross-functional with sales and finance
Apply expertise in people research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data science, and data visualization to help us optimize the complete cycle of talent from workforce planning through retention
Build dashboards and tools to support talent analytics, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to managing attrition
Support evidenced-based decision making on Human Capital.
Together with team colleagues provide strategic and analytical scenario modeling senior management and HR.
Add quantitative perspective to discussions on new and existing HR processes and procedures.
Partner closely with HRIS to build out new analytics tools
Collaborates with all areas of the HR Function to investigate issues, makes recommendations and develop action plans to contribute to financial objectives, principles and to achieve goals.
Supports other areas within the Human Resources function with Data Analytics projects as required, such as:Sales Compensation, Learning & Development, and Talent Planning Sales Compensation, Learning & Development, and Talent Planning
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math with an emphasis on applied mathematics and statistics
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Advanced research, analytical, data processing and mathematical skills
Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct data analyses relevant to complex business issues
Strong oral and written communication skills: “Telling the story”
Ability to work and communicate with all levels of management and concisely present findings
Ability to distill and present actionable information and recommendations from complex research
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
Versatility, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a willingness to work within constantly-changing priorities
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including charts/graphs, pivot tables, lookups, and complex nested formulas
Proficiency in MS-PowerPoint
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
Experience with data science and analytical techniques tied into HR data
Experience with formulating hypotheses, models, interpreting and communicating results
Experience with executing advanced and predictive analytics
5 years of HR analytics experience
