Executive I, Materials & Supply Chain Management

This key leadership role reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer for Xerox Corporation. The position will manage and have direct accountability for all Western Hemisphere Supply Chain related activities. This individual will provide leadership and direction within the business maintaining a coherent distribution strategy that is consistent with the Company’s culture, strategic business objectives and continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts.


Responsibilities:


Oversee the supply chain from purchase order to delivery, including compliance, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and inventory management.


Establish and execute strategy to enable Equipment, Spares, and Consumables to support sold and annuity revenue.


Develop and execute on supply chain continuous improvement strategies.


Partner with manufacturing to establish inventory targets and optimize inventory investment to ensure attainment of customer service levels and financial targets.


Drive for execution excellence in customer service with our distributor partners and measure progress through detailed KPIs.

Requirements:


10 years’ experience in Logistics field.


Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or similar background


MBA Degree in the Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement or a related engineering or business field of study preferred


Strong background in Customer Service and Inventory Management


Experience with change management initiatives that created transformational improvement


Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence and win others over to ideas


Outstanding leadership skills; ability to inspire and lead other with excellence


Successful background in building high performing teams


APICS or Six Sigma certification is required.
